  • Add 2-3 dashes of bitters

  • Add 1 splash of soda water

  • Muddle (smash) until sugar is dissolved

  • Fill glass with ice cubes

  • Add whiskey to the top of the glass, stir

  • Garnish with an orange slice and maraschino cherry

2. The Manhattan

  • 3 parts Canadian or Rye Whiskey

  • 1 part sweet (red) vermouth

  • 1 dash bitters

Add all of the ingredients to cocktail shaker filled with ice.

Stir until very cold

Pour into cocktail glass and garnish with a maraschino cherry.

3. The Tom Collins

  • 1 1/2 oz gin

  • 1/2 oz simple syrup*

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

  • Top with Soda water

Shake the gin, simple syrup, and lemon juice over ice.

Fill your glass with ice and strain drink into glass.
